Tierr Eztudio is a small, focused studio, ranging from 1 to 3 people, depending on the needs of the project. While we keep our team lean, we’re always expanding our network of talented collaborators. When the project requires additional expertise, we bring in trusted creatives who share our values and approach, ensuring that the work is elevated. Whether it's just one or three people, our goal remains the same: delivering thoughtful, impactful work with a personal touch.
We are most inspired to collaborate with businesses, organizations, and individuals who champion the arts and culture, small businesses, environmental advocacy, queer and trans rights, feminism, civil rights, social justice, healthcare, and education. Our print studio is solvent-free, meaning we prioritize more sustainable practices by avoiding harmful chemicals and opting for water-based inks to ensure a cleaner, more responsible production process.
We offer two tiers for t-shirt printing: an affordable 100% virgin cotton option, and a more ethical choice featuring tees from Everybody World, a brand committed to using 100% reclaimed cotton from waste and produced in fair-wage factories in the heart of Los Angeles.
We do not work with businesses or organizations that engage in exploitation, discrimination, violence, or unethical labor practices. Likewise, we avoid projects where speed and cost-cutting take precedence over craft, collaboration, and impact. At Tierr, every partnership is approached with intention, ensuring our work contributes to a culture of positive and meaningful progress.
Spec work—design completed without guaranteed compensation—is unethical and devalues creative expertise. We do not participate in speculative work, as design is a professional service requiring research, strategy, and collaboration. We value fair compensation and thoughtful, intentional solutions for every client.
We embrace Artificial Intelligence to streamline earlier stages of our process, allowing for quicker and smoother communication. However, we firmly believe AI is never a replacement for human creativity and craftsmanship. It serves as an aid, never the final outcome, ensuring the heart and soul of each project remains distinctly ours.
